This role involves joining a team of experts in providing valuation and monitoring services for client investments.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform valuations across various industries, utilizing expertise in financial modeling and discounted cash flows.
  • Create and update valuation models, detailed reports, and presentations to meet high-quality standards.
  • Independently gather relevant data for investment models and respond to client queries professionally.
  • Prioritize and complete multiple assignments within tight deadlines, adhering to industry best practices.
Required Skills:
  • Sound experience in valuation and financial modeling (discounted cash flows, market multiples, market transactions) (up to 2 years)
  • Exposure to US/European primary and secondary markets
  • Strong excel modeling and analytical skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to independently execute assignments under tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with a professional demeanor
Advantageous Skills:
  • Knowledge of third-party databases such as Bloomberg, CapIQ, Thomson Reuters, etc.
  • Hands-on experience on VBA macros
  • Sector knowledge - Real Estate, Shipping, Aircraft, and Oil & Gas
Academic Requirements:
  • MBA or equivalent qualification in finance from a reputed institution
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or Economics & CFA (Level II completed)
