Job Description

About this role

  • As a Client Engagement Professional, you will work with global leaders in the materials industry.
  • You will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing tailored material testing solutions.

This is a mix of technical consulting and client engagement, where you will:

  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable material testing services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth delivery and improve workflow efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications

You have a Master's degree in Material Science, Metallurgical & Materials, Polymer, Ceramic, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or related engineering fields.

  • You have 0-2 years of experience in technical consulting, client engagement, or materials-related work.
  • Strong communication skills are necessary to manage clients and high-profile accounts.
  • Knowledge of materials, their properties, characterization techniques (SEM, TEM, FTIR, GCMS, XRD, AFM, DSC, etc.), and industry-based standard test methods is essential.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, taking ownership beyond core responsibilities.
  • Professional presence, energy, and enthusiasm are required to deliver excellence.
