Project Lead - Chemicals and Materials Practice

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee our Chemicals and Materials practice. As Project Lead, you will be responsible for guiding research projects and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide research process and deliverables of proprietary projects
  • Oversee efforts of the individuals conducting research, and write reports
  • Work with senior management to develop and refine project scope, scheduling, budget, and client deliverables
  • Drive staff performance to successful completion of studies
  • Ensure content and quality of studies
Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in consulting in the chemical industry
  • Experience developing, managing, and presenting project results to senior management, either internal or external
  • Analytical, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to manage, mentor, and motivate in a team environment to achieve results that meet or exceed client expectations
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering (preferably Chemical), or a related field; MBA is a plus
Languages:
  • Good oral and written English language skills are required
Tools:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
