Global Compliance Lead

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of sanctions and anti-corruption frameworks, as well as proven experience in project management, ESG, and integrity risk management. A bachelor's degree in Law, International Trade, Public Policy, Business, or a related field is required, with a master's preferred.

This challenging role combines global compliance expertise with local project implementation, focusing on sanctions compliance in Germany. If you are a results-driven, organized individual with excellent stakeholder management abilities, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support global members in navigating anti-corruption regulations, such as FCPA and UK Bribery Act.
  • Develop and oversee compliance tools and resources, aligning with industry needs and regulatory trends.
  • Lead training programs on anti-corruption and sanctions compliance, including in-person and online modules in Europe and Southeast Asia.
  • Assist due diligence initiatives and collaborate with external providers.
Project Management:
  • Engage with SMEs, trade associations, training partners, and compliance specialists through stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate customized training material development, including case studies, checklists, e-learning, and blended learning modules.
  • Implement workshops, webinars, and digital learning platforms targeting SMEs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, International Trade, Public Policy, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, compliance, ESG, or integrity risk management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sanctions and anti-corruption frameworks.
  • Proven success engaging with governments, international donors, NGOs, and business leaders.
  • Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential.
