Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Control Systems Expert, responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing HVAC controls and Electrical SCADA systems in data centers.

This key position involves developing project scopes, schedules, budgets, and level of efforts (LOE) to meet customer and stakeholder requirements.

The successful candidate will manage scope, schedule, finance, and execution of Building Management System (BMS) improvement projects within our data center facilities.

In addition, they will assist with procurement activities, including request for quotation/proposal, responding to request for information, review of vendors' proposals, and issuance of purchase orders.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent understanding of industry-standard electrical and mechanical systems used in data centers, as well as controls/monitoring systems.
  • Experience of 10+ years in designing, configuring, programming, installing, troubleshooting, or servicing HVAC Controls and Electrical SCADA systems application-specific controllers, BMS controls software, and networks.
  • Develop and modify controls logic programming and graphical user interfaces.
  • Manage multiple stakeholder deliverables, requirements, and navigate challenging situations.
  • Project coordination experience with multiple teams or vendors to meet project requirements for data centers.
  • TCP/IP, MQTT, BACnet, and/or MODBUS communication protocol experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
