**Job Title:** Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician 

As a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our clients' heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your primary responsibility will be to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex HVAC systems.

Key aspects of the job include:

  • Installation and maintenance of air conditioners, chillers, furnaces, air handlers, and ventilation units
  • Performing routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of HVAC equipment
  • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems and recommending effective solutions
  • Reading and interpreting technical diagrams, blueprints, and manufacturer specifications
  • Adjusting system controls to improve performance and ensure energy efficiency
  • Testing and balancing air and hydronic systems to meet performance standards
  • Maintaining accurate service and repair records, documenting all work performed
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations

A successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigeration cycles. They will also have the ability to use HVAC tools, gauges, and diagnostic equipment effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an HVAC Technician or similar role and hold a diploma/ITI/technical certification in HVAC, Mechanical, or a related field.

 Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigeration cycles
  • Ability to use HVAC tools, gauges, and diagnostic equipment effectively
  • Diploma/ITI/technical certification in HVAC, Mechanical, or a related field
