Senior BIM Coordinator for Infrastructure Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior BIM Coordinator to play a key role in the success of our infrastructure projects. As a critical member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for assisting with Civil 3D projects, working independently to make technical decisions for complex projects, and handling various types of infrastructure projects including landscape, dry & wet utilities, grading, highway modelling, and plantation.

  • Assist with Civil 3D project delivery.
  • Work independently and make technical decisions for complex projects.
  • Handle Infrastructure projects such as Landscape, Dry & Wet Utilities, Grading, Highway Modelling, and Plantation.

You will also be responsible for preparing coordinated shop drawings and as-built drawings, preparing earthwork grading cut & fill analysis, cross sections, and quantity take-offs, preparing detailed plans and profiles for pipe networks & manholes as per IFC drawings, coordinating with multiple disciplines using Navisworks for clash detection and resolution, managing BIM construction process from DD stage to As-Built stage, assisting with estimation tasks, and integrating iPad/AM data exchange and generating COBie data.

A successful candidate will have strong skills in AutoCAD, familiarity with Design Review, expertise in Navisworks Manage, knowledge of submittals and Civil 3D workflows, excellent communication and writing skills in English, and team management capability with strong problem-solving skills.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D, Subassembly Composer & Part-Builder.
  • Strong skills in AutoCAD for drawing, linkage, and cleanup.
  • Familiarity with Design Review for collaboration with professional staff.
  • Expertise in Navisworks Manage for clash detection & resolution.
  • Knowledge of submittals and Civil 3D workflows.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
  • Team management capability with strong problem-solving skills.
