Job Title: Structural Draftsman - Project Coordinator

Description:

We are seeking an experienced BIM Structural Draftsman to join our structural engineering team as a project coordinator. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in structural drafting using Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools, with a good understanding of construction and detailing standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and detailed BIM models and structural drawings using Revit and AutoCAD based on engineering markups and design requirements.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with architects, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure model consistency.
  • Produce shop drawings, detailed sections, and reinforcement detailing as required.
  • Maintain BIM models and update them as needed through the lifecycle of the project.
  • Follow company and project BIM standards and ensure compliance with local and international codes.
  • Assist in clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or other BIM coordination software.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum [3-5] years of experience as a structural draftsman, with at least [2] years using BIM/Revit.
  • Proficiency in Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and familiarity with Navisworks.
  • Solid knowledge of structural systems (RC, steel, post-tensioning, etc.) and detailing standards.
  • Experience working on large-scale buildings, infrastructure, or villa projects is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in Revit or BIM is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ISO 19650 or other BIM standards.
