Are you a skilled engineer with a passion for structural design? We are seeking an exceptional Structural Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our structural engineering and BIM projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of structural drawings, models, and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and modelers on multiple projects.
  • Review and guide the creation of structural drawings, models, and construction documents.
  • Collaborate with architectural, MEP, and construction teams to ensure seamless project integration.
  • Ensure compliance with industry codes, project specifications, and BIM execution plans.
  • Conduct design checks, clash detection, and model validation.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers and BIM modelers.
  • Monitor project progress, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Support in preparing technical reports, calculations, and documentation for approvals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in structural engineering and BIM/construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of structural design principles, building codes, and standards.
  • Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, Tekla, AutoCAD) and structural analysis tools (ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE).
  • Experience in managing a team and delivering coordinated BIM models.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
