Job Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished BIM Professional with a proven track record of project management to lead a team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, managing internal teams, reviewing project deliverables, quality assurance and control, and ensuring timely project completion.

  • Effective resource allocation, progress tracking, and revenue monitoring.
  • Project setup, planning, and execution strategies.
  • Ongoing training, BIM implementation, and client interactions.

About the Role

  • BIM execution, implementation, and production activities.
  • Deliver high-quality outputs for all design stages while adhering to standards, codes, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Modeling, coordination, and successful delivery of international projects.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • High proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 platforms.
  • Solid understanding of BIM processes, multi-disciplinary coordination, and project delivery methodologies.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP or equivalent).
  • Hands-on experience applying BIM across all disciplines.
