About the Role

Piegon Media Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team in Chandigarh.

Job Summary

This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to identify new sales leads, prospect for new clients, and build relationships with key decision-makers. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings, as well as informing clients about new developments in the company.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have excellent time-management skills, be self-motivated and driven, and possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying new sales leads and prospecting for new clients through networking and cold calling
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Informing clients about new developments in the company
  • Setting up meetings between client decision-makers and the company's practice leaders/principals
  • Planning approaches and pitches
  • Working with the team to develop proposals that meet the client's needs, concerns, and objectives
  • Participating in pricing solutions/services
  • Handling objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion
Requirements

Estimated Salary

Rupees 10,00,000 - Rupees 12,00,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
