We are seeking a seasoned Sales Enablement Professional to join our team at Waytogo Consultants. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the banking sector.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, with expertise in developing and executing strategies that drive top-line business results. With a deep understanding of the banking industry and its intricacies, you will be able to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including bank branches and channel teams.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, as well as experience in launching new products and services in the market. You will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service quality, while minimizing risks and preventing fraudulent proposals from entering the system.

In addition, you will play a key role in acquiring channel partners, such as connectors and DSAs, to source products and expand our reach. Your ability to collaborate with various departments within the organization will be crucial in ensuring smooth process flows and driving business success.
