Proposal Writer

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Writer to create compelling, professionally written content that articulates our value proposition.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in producing winning proposal responses at the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) and Task Order (TO) level, as well as other contract programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead storyboard sessions with key stakeholders.
  • Develop response outlines and compliance matrices based on RFPs/ RFIs/ RFQs analysis.
  • Conduct research, develop planning, and write compliant technical material and compelling proposal content.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts.
  • Support the development of high-quality proposals.
  • Identify and re-work existing pre-written content where relevant.
  • Deliver completed written proposal responses against agreed deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of proposal writing best practices.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
