Packaging Development Executive Job Description

The Packaging Development Executive is responsible for leading the development of packaging solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify packaging opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
  • Manage the procurement process for packaging materials, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices and improve quality.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform packaging design and development.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Monitor packaging inventory levels and manage replenishment processes to minimize waste and excess stock.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of packaging principles, materials, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Able to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in MS Office and relevant software applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., packaging engineering, supply chain management).
