Your Role in Financial Excellence

As an Associate - Outsourced Accountant, you will oversee end-to-end accounting operations, driving client satisfaction and process efficiency across multiple accounts.

You will manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), journal entries, payroll journals, month-end, and year-end closing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage AP, AR, journal entries, and payroll journals to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes and execute bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements including Profit and Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
  • Apply credit memos across AP and AR accounts to ensure effective cash management.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Professional accounting certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in outsourced accounting roles.
  • Solid understanding and practical application of US GAAP accounting standards and methodologies.
