Senior QA Automation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced automation professional to spearhead our quality engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in designing and implementing test automation frameworks, as well as deep knowledge of Salesforce testing principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Automation Framework Development: Design, develop, and maintain efficient test automation frameworks for Salesforce applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows.
  • Test Script Creation and Execution: Develop, execute, and maintain high-quality automation test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing, utilizing tools such as Selenium or Appium.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners, to review requirements and user stories, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
  • End-to-End Testing: Perform comprehensive end-to-end testing of nCino modules, encompassing Loan Origination System (LOS), Credit Memo, Collateral, Covenant Tracking, Deposit Account Opening, and Workflow Automation.
  • API and Integration Validation: Validate Salesforce Lightning APIs and integrations with external systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and compatibility.
  • Quality Metrics and Defect Management: Define and track key quality metrics, identify defects, and drive resolution through effective collaboration with the development team.
  • Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior QA team members, contributing to the growth and development of the team, while promoting best practices in automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 9+ Years of QA Experience: Possess a minimum of 9 years of quality assurance experience, with at least 4+ years focused on Salesforce QA.
  • Strong Salesforce Knowledge: Demonstrate strong knowledge of nCino modules and banking workflows, as well as hands-on experience with Salesforce testing frameworks.
  • API Testing Expertise: Showcase expertise in API testing, including data validation and ETL testing for Salesforce integrations.
  • CI/CD Tools Proficiency: Possess proficiency in CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
