Job Description

Our organization seeks a diligent Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the precision and dependability of our mobile apps, web platform, backend systems, and machine learning–powered features.

This position requires 1-2 years of experience in QA testing across mobile, web, and backend applications.

  • Perform manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing for mobile apps (iOS & Android), web apps, and backend APIs.
  • Test new ML-driven features for accuracy, performance, and user experience.
  • Create, maintain, and execute test cases, test plans, and bug reports.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure smooth feature rollouts.
  • Reproduce and investigate reported issues, working with the dev team for resolutions.
  • Maintain test documentation and track quality metrics.
  • Gradually contribute to automation testing frameworks for web, mobile, and APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality output by following these essential duties:

  1. Executing comprehensive testing to validate the functionality and reliability of our products.
  2. Identifying, reproducing, and resolving defects efficiently.
  3. Staying updated on emerging technologies and methodologies to improve testing strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We require candidates with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Postman, or similar. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and an ability to work effectively in teams.

  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and bug lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Postman, or similar.
  • Ability to write clear, detailed, and reproducible bug reports.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and basic database queries is a plus.
  • Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress) is an advantage but not mandatory.

Nice To Have: Basic knowledge of scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or similar) can be beneficial in automating testing tasks.
