The Assistant Manager Finance Account role involves handling day-to-day finance and accounts operations, including General Ledger, Reconciliations, Taxation, and support for audits under the supervision of the Manager.
This position requires a strong foundational knowledge in accounting principles and journal entries, with good working knowledge of Income Tax, TDS, and GST. Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) is also required.
Responsibilities include handling day-to-day accounting operations, supporting monthly and annual closing processes by preparing schedules, reports, and accurate financial data, assisting in statutory and internal audits, ensuring timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable tax requirements, and preparing MIS reports and assisting in variance analysis as directed by the Manager.
Key Skills and Qualifications:- CA Inter / Postgraduate in Commerce (M. Com) from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting, specifically in the Manufacturing Industry.
- Technical know-how in MS Office Suite, VB, Power tools / Work experience in SAP or similar ERP is essential.
