Job Title: Senior Finance Executive

This is a hands-on leadership position that oversees the delivery of end-to-end service across R2R, P2P, and I2C. It entails driving transformation, enhancing client satisfaction, and fostering people development.

The incumbent will manage the delivery of F&A services across R2R, I2C, and P2P for a global client. This role also involves leading a team of 70–150 F&A professionals across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the successful delivery of F&A services aligned with contractual SLAs and CXO-level expectations.
  • Manage a team of finance professionals to deliver high-quality services.
  • Drive transformation initiatives leveraging technology, analytics, and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
  • Participate in new deal solutioning, pricing, transitions, and governance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Finance Qualifications: Chartered Accountant or commerce graduate/postgraduate from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: At least 10 years in finance and accounting operations, with strong experience in R2R (priority), P2P, and I2C.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage finance teams of 70–150 members.
  • Client Management: Proven ability to work with international stakeholders.
  • Transformation: Track record of delivering value through process optimization, automation, and analytics.
  • Mindset: Proactive, agile, analytical, and solutions-driven.

Preferred Industry Background:

  • Financial services, retail brokerage, or BPO/consulting firms managing large-scale finance portfolios.
  • Prior experience in handling US-based clients in a high-compliance environment.
