We are looking for an individual to manage our Executive Education classroom programs at our Chennai campus. This role involves overseeing program logistics, managing social media communications, and creating engaging video content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Execute in-class logistics and manage daily communication through social media.
  • Create Video Content: Develop testimonials and case studies for CLD programs.
  • Session Summaries: Provide participants with clear summaries and debriefings after each day's sessions.
  • Accommodation & Faculty Management: Manage accommodation and faculty arrangements for CLD programs.
  • Revenue Generation: Generate revenue through new business hunting and cross-selling/up-selling existing clients.
  • B2B Enrolments: Handle B2B enrolments for PGXPM.
Qualifications
  • Education: Graduate degree required.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience or similar background preferred.
  • Skill Set: Excellent written and spoken English, presentation skills, hands-on approach, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Perspectives: Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible, constructive, and video content editing skills.
  • Traits: Ability to meet targets, keen planning, strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and multiple stakeholder management.
