We are seeking a dynamic professional with 7-10 years of experience in HNI & Individual Giving fundraising.

The ideal candidate should have business development and fundraising experience, with a proven track record in CSR strategies, and excellent relationship-building skills.

  • Fundraising Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a robust fundraising plan to secure large-ticket donations from HNIs, alumni, and philanthropists.
  • Create an extensive database of HNI / potential donors using wealth intelligence tools and personal network.
  • Track target-based fundraising goals and report through donor tracking, engagement, and donation metrics.
  • Create powerful pitches, proposals, and presentations for prospects.
  • Collaborate with the Communications team to create high-impact events and experiences for prospects.
  • Work closely with trustees, leadership, and project teams to deliver fundraising goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, social sciences, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with HNIs/UHNI/CSR in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka.
  • Proven track record of securing high-value donations from HNI/UHNI/Foundations/Grants.
  • Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator (Bilingual - Tamil /English).
  • Individual contributor comfortable leading pitches and closures to senior management.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic, target and outcome-based environment.
  • Knowledge of current trends in CSR, philanthropy, and HNI donor behaviours.
