Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Front-end and backend role to ensure customer success and manage relationships with them.
  • Create deal documents like pitch decks, financial models, business plans, teasers, etc. for clients across sectors and geographies.
  • Advise and consult clients on structuring funding rounds in light of market conditions and investor needs.
  • Ensure quality services are delivered to clients.
  • Manage multiple deals together and adhere to strict deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of prior Investment Banking/Investment Analyst experience preferred.
  • CFA Level 1 or 2 passed candidates preferred.
  • Knowledge/prior experience with startup fundraising/venture capital industry is a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent written & spoken English is required.
