**Job Summary**

The Principal Legal Counsel will be a key member of the legal team, providing expert legal and compliance solutions to drive business success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement global compliance programs, ensuring seamless integration with technology systems.
  • Conduct thorough investigations, negotiate remediations, and contribute to the Compliance & Integrity Plan by identifying trends and improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR to review and enhance whistleblower systems, employee feedback mechanisms, and training programs.
  • Analyze proposed and adopted state legislation, deriving policy administration, trainings, and regular communications to handle complaints and investigations effectively.
  • Plan, organize, and conduct comprehensive trainings to grow the whistleblower program in line with industry standards.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Strong knowledge of global compliance regimes, including whistleblower regulations, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and confidentiality processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing legal team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in developing and implementing effective compliance programs.
