Job Title: Process Specialist

The primary responsibility of the Process Specialist is to ensure that all training programs are delivered in a timely and effective manner. This involves managing Training batches, providing feedback and coaching agents on Process, Quality & Best Practices, and supporting OJT.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. New Hire Training (Classroom training and computer-based / remote)
  2. Responsible for managing Training batches - usually 1:20 ratio
  3. Feedback & Coaching agents on Process, Quality & Best Practices & OJT Support
  4. Give documented feedback as per the gaps identified in the audit
  5. Attend Weekly calibration calls with the client/internal as per calibration roster
  6. Conduct training sessions as per requirement under specified timelines
  7. Performance Assessment of Trainees during tests
  8. Database management, Tbase, daily reports, and analysis
  9. Motivating associates through effective management, career development & implementation of reporting mechanisms
  10. Process transactions on a weekly or Monthly basis as defined by the process
  11. Maintain Competency by undergoing TTT certification, get certified on new products and known the training phase
  12. Perform TNI on audit findings and conduct refresher sessions & track performance
  13. Maintain Track records of performance and analyse data critically

Critical Skills Required:

  • Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written), as this is a client-facing role
  • Flexibility to work in shift, preferably afternoon shift
  • Knowledge of UK Mortgages
  • Experience working with Microsoft applications such as Form, Excel, Word etc
  • Creation of Academies, creation of Newsletter, etc
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy
  • Ability to conduct detailed investigations using Service Providers and open sources to remediate compliance alerts and to independently research, analyze, and recommend solutions to close open items and discrepancies
  • Result-oriented and client-focused
  • Feedback and Coaching skills
  • Good rapport-building skills, extremely methodical and organized
  • Specific experience with cryptocurrency products as a user and/or experience working in the digital currency industry, preferred, not mandatory

Selection Criteria:

  • Must be Graduate in any stream. Shouldn't be enrolled in any regular course
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in UK Mortgages, preferably E2E
  • Should be a citizen of India or should be allowed to work in India
  • Should be above the age of 18 Years
