Job Overview

As a Project Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering client-specific training to new and existing staff members. This role involves coordinating with onsite teams, conducting periodical training, and creating reference guides, training handouts, and course notes. You will also support the implementation of On Job Training & Mentoring, organize training venues, and analyze training effectiveness from trainee feedback. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with operations teams, Process Champions, Master trainers, and L&D teams to offer performance improvement solutions. Your tasks will include conducting process knowledge tests, refreshers, cross-trainings, compliance trainings, and other training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze training effectiveness from trainee feedback

  • Conduct process knowledge tests, refreshers, cross-trainings, compliance trainings, and other training initiatives 
  • Maintain required training metrics like attendance, scores, etc.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also be comfortable with analyzing data and making recommendations based on assessment results. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a certification in training and development would be advantageous.],
