Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects across enterprise systems and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Execution:
    • Define detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
    • Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent IT projects
    • Ensure adherence to scope, budget, and schedule
  • Technical Oversight:
    • Collaborate with architects and engineering leads to ensure solutions align with technical strategy
    • Evaluate risks and dependencies; proactively address roadblocks
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors
    • Communicate project status, risks, and updates clearly to executive leadership
  • Agile Project Leadership:
    • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
    • Maintain product backlogs, sprint boards, and track deliverables using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Team Coordination:
    • Lead cross-functional teams of developers, QA, DevOps, and business analysts
    • Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment across distributed teams
  • Quality & Compliance:
    • Ensure deliverables meet internal standards, regulatory requirements, and security best practices
    • Support UAT cycles, production readiness, and post-launch reviews
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership role
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and cloud-based solutions
  • Proven experience managing large-scale projects involving integrations, CMS, ERP, or custom platforms
  • Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, SAFe) preferred
  • Hands-on experience with project tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Trello
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with DevOps, QA, Security, and Infrastructure teams
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Exposure to AEM or other enterprise CMS platforms
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment frameworks
  • Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, etc.)
