The airport ground staff recruitment is a process of hiring employees for various posts in the ground operations of Indian airports. Under this recruitment, applications have been invited for the post of Airport Ground Staff / Cabin Crew / Cargo / Flight Attendant. Airport ground staff are responsible for providing assistance in the check-in process of passengers, baggage handling, boarding, and operation of the aircraft.

Cabin crew consists of aircraft employees who work to provide safety, convenience, and comfort to passengers during flights. They also deliver security announcements and guide passengers in case of an emergency. Apart from this, they distribute food items and provide a comfortable experience to passengers during the flight.

The airlines cargo department manages luggage of passengers. These employees load and unload luggage and other goods from the airport to the aircraft. The main job of cargo staff is to load and unload goods for the aircraft at the right time.
