Enterprise Solutions Architect Job Overview

This role is responsible for driving analysis and design activities to deliver SAP solutions for IT projects. You will work closely with the SAP Domain Lead to manage demand and solution delivery to time, quality, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand complex requirements and identify SAP impacts and required system changes to drive business transformation.
  • Document system processes through diagramming and configuration.
  • Configure SAP systems in the required functional area.
  • Develop Functional Specifications to explain required system changes for an ABAP programmer to develop from.
  • Functionally test ABAP changes or configuration changes.
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver SAP changes.
  • Implement system changes to production.
  • Provide warranty support of changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expert-level SAP functional experience in one or more required SAP modules: ERP Core, Customer Relationship Management, Retail & Commerce, Data & Analytics, Cross-Functional & Governance, Human Capital Management.
  • Curious problem solver to understand how current SAP configuration works and analyze SAP system impacts.
  • Able to explain complex IT concepts in understandable business language.
  • Owning responsibility to drive and deliver changes to production.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a proactive attitude.
  • Able to manage and coordinate changing priorities.
