Enterprise ERP Solutions Architect

• Architect and Implement: Enterprise-grade ERP solutions tailored to business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure.
• Provide Leadership: Hands-on leadership across finance, supply chain, human resources, and payroll modules, driving process improvements and streamlining operations.
• Collaborate and Translate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable system designs, leveraging industry-leading technologies and best practices.
• Lead Integration Strategy: Develop and execute integration strategies using OData, REST APIs, data entities, and middleware platforms, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Design and Extend: Create custom extensions, performance tuning, and advanced data models, extending the capabilities of our ERP solutions.
• Oversee Data Migration: Ensure seamless data migration and legacy system integrations, minimizing disruption to business operations.
• Leverage Cloud Technologies: Leverage Azure (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, Data Lake) for scalable cloud solutions, providing flexibility and scalability.
• Extend ERP Capabilities: Utilize Power Apps and Power Automate to extend ERP capabilities, improving user experience and productivity.
• Ensure Security and Compliance: Ensure adherence to Microsoft development standards and security best practices, maintaining the highest levels of security and compliance.

• Implement and Optimize: Modules for automatic bank feeds, invoicing, accounts payable, expense claims, and fixed asset depreciation, streamlining financial processes.
• Enable Workflows: Configure workflows for purchase orders, bank reconciliations, and business/management reporting, improving visibility and control.
• Integrate HR Systems: Integrate payroll services, time & attendance systems, and HR insights into the ERP landscape, providing a unified view of workforce management.
• Support Automation: Support automation in HR operations through advanced use of Power Platform and Dynamics modules, increasing efficiency and accuracy.

• Deep Knowledge: Deep knowledge of D365 F&O architecture, AX 2012, and deployment practices, ensuring expertise in ERP implementation and optimization.
• Expertise in Technology: Expertise in X++, Data Entities, SSRS, OData, and Lifecycle Services (LCS), as well as proficiency in Azure DevOps, CI/CD, version control, and automated deployment.
• Familiarity with Integration Tools: Familiarity with integration tools like KingswaySoft, Scribe, and .NET-based middleware, enabling seamless integration with existing systems.
• Experience with Power Platform: Experience with Power Platform and extending ERP functionality via Power Apps, improving user experience and productivity.
• Strong Business Process Understanding: Strong business process understanding across finance, accounting, supply chain, HR, and payroll, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
