We are seeking a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) professional to join our team as a CSR Executive.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with corporates and institutions to support our mission through effective CSR collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CORPORATE ENGAGEMENT & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with corporate donors and CSR teams.
  • Develop customized proposals aligning with corporate CSR objectives.
  • Organize and attend meetings with prospective and existing partners to pitch projects and strengthen engagement.
  • PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT & REPORTING
  • Prepare impactful proposals, concept notes, budgets, and grant applications.
  • Draft and submit timely narrative and financial reports as per donor requirements.
  • Document success stories, case studies, and impact assessments for stakeholders.
  • PROJECT COORDINATION
  • Liaise with internal program and field teams to develop project frameworks suited to CSR partnerships.
  • Support the implementation of CSR-funded initiatives and ensure compliance with agreed deliverables and timelines.
  • Monitor progress and help troubleshoot issues in coordination with program teams.
