Key Responsibilities:
- Greet consumers warmly upon arrival at the counter and offer support to meet their needs.
- Listen attentively to customer preferences and provide clear explanations to ensure satisfaction.
- Display merchandise and products in an attractive manner, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Encourage customers to purchase by showcasing the value and quality of our products.
- Discuss services and products offered by the store, providing detailed information to educate customers on our offerings.
- Provide customers with accurate product details, including pricing and specifications, to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
- Demonstrate product use and operation, answering any questions customers may have.
- Assist customers with wrapping and bagging their purchases, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Acquire customer details and create customer codes for future reference.
- Communicate pricing and product information to cashiers and assist with payment processing.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update store inventory as needed. Take ownership of assigned counters and report daily activities to Store Managers.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and protocols.
