Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet consumers warmly upon arrival at the counter and offer support to meet their needs.
  • Listen attentively to customer preferences and provide clear explanations to ensure satisfaction.
  • Display merchandise and products in an attractive manner, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Encourage customers to purchase by showcasing the value and quality of our products.
  • Discuss services and products offered by the store, providing detailed information to educate customers on our offerings.
  • Provide customers with accurate product details, including pricing and specifications, to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
  • Demonstrate product use and operation, answering any questions customers may have.
  • Assist customers with wrapping and bagging their purchases, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Acquire customer details and create customer codes for future reference.
  • Communicate pricing and product information to cashiers and assist with payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update store inventory as needed. Take ownership of assigned counters and report daily activities to Store Managers.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and protocols.
