Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the implementation of our compliance framework.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing regulatory or compliance-driven projects, preferably in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of compliance across all business units within the organization.
  • Conduct a comprehensive assessment of current data privacy policies, systems, and processes to identify gaps against regulatory requirements.
  • Work with Legal, Risk, IT Security, Compliance, and Business Units to define and implement appropriate controls for data collection, storage, access, and sharing.
  • Establish governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and escalation paths to ensure compliance tracking and accountability.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party assessments related to data processing and privacy.
  • Design and facilitate training and awareness programs for staff on data protection principles and responsibilities.
  • Prepare project plans, status reports, risk registers, and ensure timely delivery within scope.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing regulatory or compliance-driven projects, preferably in the financial sector.
  • In-depth understanding of data privacy regulations (regulatory compliance).
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to translate legal and regulatory requirements into actionable business processes.
