Job Overview

The role of an Enforcement Specialist with CISA certification involves a strong background in finance, auditing, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze system and cyber audit reports submitted by Trading Members/Stockbrokers for accuracy and completeness.
  • Review MIS reports for delay submissions, non-compliance, and non-submissions to identify areas requiring attention.
  • Address ATR & Follow-On non-submissions, delays, and non-compliance issues promptly.
  • Communicate effectively via email with Trading Members regarding timely submissions and non-compliance matters.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure the accuracy of System and Cyber Audit reports.
  • Maintain MIS systems for tracking System and Cyber Audit reports.
  • Approve system & cyber audit reports submitted by Internal Members on the portal after verifying their authenticity.
  • Review evidence for non-compliances shared by Trading Members/Auditors at level 1.
  • Resolve queries related to System and Cyber Audit reports efficiently.
  • Assist in drafting Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) for system enhancement and development.
  • Participate in UAT/final testing of system enhancements/business requirements.
  • Draft circulars based on relevant regulatory circulars at level 1.
  • Conduct RCA Analysis at level 1 to identify root causes of system issues.
  • Verify and authenticate auditor certificates to ensure their legitimacy.
  • Manage conflict of interest in audit reports submitted by TM.
  • Coordinate with CERT-IN firm entities for resubmission as necessary.
  • Submit Algo MIS reports to stakeholders.
