This role requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual to provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, track, maintain, and update leads to meet business plans and objectives.
- Develop new business by making outgoing calls to prospects and qualifying leads.
- Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects to increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain a lead generation database and conduct customer research to stay ahead in the market.
- Provide accurate and timely information to the reporting Manager to inform strategic decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Experience with cold calling and research to identify potential leads.
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook to manage data and create reports.
- Knowledge of CRM software to track and analyze sales data.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration to understand market trends and consumer behavior.
