Job Overview

As a Finance Support Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne systems for our global customer base.

This challenging and rewarding position requires effective collaboration with internal and external resources to deliver high-quality results and exceed customer expectations.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions on time.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first and second-line support for customers, ensuring service level agreements are consistently met.
  • Collaborate with internal applications teams and external suppliers to ensure application fixes and changes meet business requirements and are delivered on schedule.
  • Proactively identify and resolve incidents that may impact customers' businesses, reducing their frequency and impact.
  • Support junior consultants with functional expertise, contributing to team success by identifying and driving process improvements.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships between Global Support teams and other stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a highly driven and self-motivated individual with a hands-on approach and strong analytical skills.

">Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle JD Edwards E1 Finance, preferably in a support or implementation role.
  • Experience with all JD Edwards versions up to and including EnterpriseOne 9.2.
  • Domain expertise in core finance modules: General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
  • JD Edwards World Software experience is beneficial.
  • Excellent English communication skills, enabling you to convey complex information clearly and confidently to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A strong team player with effective collaboration skills in a remote working environment.
