Job Title

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced project manager to lead AV integration projects across regions.

This role involves full project ownership—from planning and execution to final handover—ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.

The position requires occasional international travel for project deployment and coordination.

  • Lead and manage AV integration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and manage internal engineering teams, external vendors, and subcontractors during design, installation, and commissioning phases.
  • Monitor project financials, including budgeting, cost tracking, invoicing, and profitability analysis.
  • Ensure that all systems are delivered to high technical standards and in compliance with industry best practices and client requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.

You should have a minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing AV integration projects, preferably in a regional or multi-country capacity.

A strong technical understanding of AV systems is also required, including video conferencing platforms, AV-over-IP solutions, control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron, AMX), audio DSPs, and display and projection technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage AV integration projects from initiation to completion.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication and managing expectations.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate and manage internal engineering teams, external vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Financial Management: Monitor project financials, including budgeting, cost tracking, invoicing, and profitability analysis.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all systems are delivered to high technical standards and in compliance with industry best practices and client requirements.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.

A PMP, CTS-D, or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
