As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate individual to join our team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our CTO, product managers, and developers to deliver a seamless learning experience for students.

  • Your key responsibilities will include developing, executing, and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • You will perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify defects and ensure timely fixes.
  • Collaboration with developers and designers is essential to root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Creating and maintaining test documentation will help improve QA workflows and efficiency.
  • You will conduct manual testing and build automated test suites for faster release cycles.
  • Ensuring usability, accessibility, and cross-browser/cross-device compatibility is critical to delivering high-quality products.
  • You will track and report bugs using JIRA/Trello and manage testing cycles with TestRail or similar tools.
  • Contributing to QA process improvements and release management practices is also an essential part of this role.
  • Staying updated with QA frameworks, automation tools, and industry best practices is vital to success.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of QA experience
