Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team.

About the Role:

This customer-focused professional will be responsible for handling client interactions, resolving inquiries, and providing end-to-end support. Key responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact for customer queries via phone and email, maintaining strong relationships with clients by ensuring timely updates and resolution of issues, coordinating with internal teams to deliver smooth operations, supporting account setup, documentation, and order processing, managing escalations and communicating proactively with customers, assisting in onboarding new clients and providing guidance on services, documenting customer interactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or logistics support.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.
  • Knowledge of North American Trucking operations preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
