Job Title

A key role has opened up for a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to drive awareness, conversions, and growth for a fast-growing consumer brand.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong interest in digital marketing who wants hands-on exposure to running high-impact campaigns. The successful candidate will report directly to the brand and marketing team and work closely with creative, design, and e-commerce teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) to achieve business objectives.
  • Drive key outcomes – conversions, retention, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Continuously analyze campaign data to optimize targeting, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies.
  • Track budgets, daily spends, and campaign efficiency against KPIs.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Share insights and reports with the marketing team to inform future campaigns.
Requirements
  • Candidate with a strong interest in digital marketing OR candidates with up to 2-3 years of experience.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in working with data, numbers, and reports.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for wellness, consumer brands, and e-commerce marketing is a plus.
