We're seeking a skilled performance marketer to spearhead our paid campaigns, driving growth and brand awareness while ensuring sharp, creative, and accountable execution.

Scope of Work:
  • Run Meta + Google Ads for expansion, lead generation, and conversions.
  • End-to-end ownership: strategy development → campaign setup → optimisation → reporting.
  • Manage ad creatives: script ideas, copywriting, visuals.
  • Weekly progress reports with clear metrics (CAC, CTR, CPL, booking rate).
Required Expertise:
  • Experience with early-stage startups and lean marketing strategies.
  • Background in D2C / wellness / healthcare / mobile apps.
  • Strong analytical skills (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Mixpanel).
  • Creative sensibility: ability to craft compelling, human storytelling ideas.
  • Reliability and responsiveness are essential.
  • A genuine interest in mental health or wellness is highly valued.
