We are a full-service digital marketing agency driving growth for brands across industries through performance, creativity, and innovation. With offices in multiple locations, our Paid Media team partners with leading brands to deliver ROI-driven campaigns.

We are now looking for a Paid Media Specialist / Manager to scale performance campaigns across digital platforms.

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms.
  • Own end-to-end campaign management: audience research, keyword targeting, ad creation, bid strategy, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze campaign data to provide insights, improve ROI, and scale budgets effectively.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and copy.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and ad-tech innovations.
  • Prepare performance reports for internal teams and clients with clear KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.).
  • Manage campaign budgets and pacing to maximize results.
  • Experiment with A/B testing, remarketing, and funnel optimization.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in paid media / performance marketing (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Familiarity with Ads, programmatic, and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver ROI-driven results.
  • Google/META certifications will be an added advantage.
