We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our Paid Media Strategy and Execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in campaign management, client relationships, and team leadership.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing with proven success in scaling paid media campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Campaign Manager.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Ads.
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of experience in an agency leadership role.
  • Additional certifications (e.g., Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, Amazon Ads).
