Job Title: Regional Collections Manager
">- Primary Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute a collections strategy to ensure timely achievement of targets.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing collections team for effective recovery.
- Monitor and review regional collections teams' activities to achieve collection targets.
- Ensure adherence to collection processes, including system allocation, tracking, monitoring, delayed cash deposition, identifying, and reporting fraudulent practices.
- Implement efficient collection strategies at the regional level to recover outstanding loans.
- Authorize payouts and roll out a collection payout structure policy.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to collection processes, taking preventive action against underperforming agencies or agents.
- Partner with regional sales and credit teams to ensure quality sourcing.
- Identify trouble spots and implement collection-related programs.
