Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Technical Area Manager to oversee valuations, technical audits, and process implementation for monitoring technical evaluations in the branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Portfolio Performance: Ensure NPA levels remain at minimum trigger thresholds and recommend appropriate legal actions for stress contracts.
  • Monitor Branch Activities: Manage portfolio movement and control losses for assigned regions, ensuring roll-forward rates adhere to defined parameters.
  • Maintain Zero Delinquency: Analyze and maintain zero delinquency within required parameters, policies, and systems while dealing with delinquent customers.
  • Review Daily Collections: Publish MIS and review daily collections, pending cases, and expected delinquency.
  • Enhance Recovery Efforts: Take adequate steps to ensure receipt of payments and recovery of bad debts, monitoring legal proceedings with the in-house and external legal team.
  • Foster Interdepartmental Communication: Provide effective interdepartmental communication with operations, credit, and sales by identifying negative areas and profiles, developing systems that meet local requirements, and identifying correct channel partners.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Facilitate quick resolution of customer issues and complaints and visit high-value, strategic customers.
  • Market Analysis: Collaborate information from the market to suggest changes and ensure all in-house officers and agencies perform as per defined SLA while reducing costs incurred through vendors.
  • Productivity Management: Fix productivity parameters for DMA agencies, collection executives, and monitor performance against set parameters.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and supervise the collections team for the implementation of a recovery agenda through appropriate training, motivation, and deployment strategies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance to all Audit, NHB, IRB regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
