Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Software Engineering Manager. This position will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers in the development of real-time trading applications using C++ and C#.

Key Responsibilities

  • To lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives, prioritizing task allocation and ensuring timely project delivery.
  • To design, develop, and maintain low-latency and high-throughput trading systems, utilizing expertise in C++, C#, and third-party API integration.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, drive innovation, and implement best practices in software development.
  • To work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • To foster a culture of continuous learning, encourage knowledge sharing, and support the growth and development of team members.
