Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements for open positions Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top technical talent e g software engineers QA DevOps data scientists Use job boards LinkedIn social media networking events and referrals to source candidates Screen resumes conduct initial interviews and assess candidates technical fit Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and technical teams Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles Manage the full recruitment life cycle from job posting to offer negotiation Track recruitment metrics and prepare weekly monthly hiring reports Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field 2 5 years of technical recruitment experience IT staffing or in-house recruitment Strong understanding of technical skills and IT job roles programming languages frameworks tools Experience with sourcing tools LinkedIn Recruiter GitHub Stack Overflow etc Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment Proficient with ATS and recruitment CRM software Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for both IT product and service companies Knowledge of Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques Prior experience in staffing consulting environment What We Offer Competitive salary and performance incentives Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and top talent Career growth and professional development programs Inclusive and collaborative work culture
