Architectural BIM Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural BIM Coordinator to support our projects.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with expertise in Autodesk Revit, BIM processes and software proficiency.

The ideal candidate will have experience in assisting project teams in adhering to BIM Implementation Plans, delivering client BIM requirements and performing QA/QC on Autodesk Revit models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist project teams in delivering client BIM requirements for Architectural and Structural services.
  • Perform quality assurance and control on Autodesk Revit models.
  • Prepare drawing packages and coordinate designs through BIM processes.
  • Manage 3D models, review model quality and technical content including clash detection and compliance with the BIM Execution Plan.
  • Analyze models provided by Architects, Engineers, subcontractors and consultants to identify coordination and constructability issues.
  • Possess knowledge of parametric and non-parametric family creation.
  • Experience in Scan to BIM & PDF to CAD projects.
