Civil Project Manager Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee the execution of civil works for Pre-Clinkerisation Structures.

Main structures involved include:

  • Pre-Heater
  • Rubberised Material Handling (RMH)
  • Rubberised Air and Fuel Recovery Boiler House (RABH)
  • Rubberised Material Bin (RMB)
  • Blending Silo
  • Kiln Piers
  • Cooler and Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP)
  • TG Building
  • Air Pollution Control System (ACC)
  • Boiler
  • Air Fuel Recovery (AFR)
  • Coal shed
  • Cable tunnels
  • Belt conveyor foundations
  • Other miscellaneous structures

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, project management, and team leadership. They should be able to effectively coordinate with contractors, consultants, and teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of civil works for Pre-Clinkerisation Structures.
  • Coordinate with all related departments, contractors, consultants, and teams.
  • Ensure safety of all workmen with a target of zero incidents.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations during execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, project management, or related field.
  • Strong background in civil engineering principles, project management methodologies, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
