Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager Civil located in Bengaluru. The Project Manager Civil will oversee day-to-day project management tasks, including coordinating and supervising construction projects, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations, and liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other professionals. Responsibilities also include preparing and reviewing project documentation and progress reports.

Qualifications

  • Civil Engineering and Infrastructure skills
  • Minimum 9 years of experience construction, commercial building, hotel construction
  • Experience in Project Management and Construction Management
  • Expertise in Budgeting and financial oversight
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Bengaluru
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are a plus
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects is beneficial
