We are seeking a proactive and strategic Client Servicing professional to bridge the gap between clients and our internal teams. This role combines strong client relationship management with expertise in social media strategy and digital marketing execution.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing and be proficient in understanding client briefs, developing aligned social strategies, and ensuring the flawless execution of campaigns across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and assigned clients.
  • Understand the client's requirements/brief and ensure internal teams deliver relevant, creative, and strategic solutions.
  • Presents ideas and campaign strategies to clients, obtains necessary approvals, and finalizes the approach for execution.
  • Buil ds and nurtures strong, long-term client relationships by delivering consistent, high-quality service.
  • Creates project timelines, budgets, and status reports; ensures timely delivery and client alignment.
  • Effectively communicates client feedback to internal teams and ensures revisions are implemented as needed.
  • Tracks competitor brands to uncover market trends and insights that will shape a distinct brand approach.
  • Identifies upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow existing accounts.

Social Media Strategy & Campaign Execution:

  • Develops data-driven social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand positioning.
  • Designs, manages, and optimizes paid social media campaigns that support broader marketing objectives.
  • Collaborates with creative, media, digital, and production teams to ensure campaign delivery meets client expectations.
  • Moni tors social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies fresh and competitive.
  • Participates in ideation, brainstorming sessions, and campaign strategy discussions.

Client Coordination – Shoots & Other Services:

  • Manages all aspects of client communication and coordination beyond social media — including design, branding, video, production, and campaign shoots.
  • Liaises between clients and creative/media/production teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Coordinates pre-production and post-production requirements for brand shoots and ensures timely delivery.
  • Tr acks deliverables across service lines, maintains timelines, and manages expectations.

Content Planning & Performance Analysis:

  • Plans and maintains content calendars aligned with marketing initiatives and brand narratives.
  • Monitors, tracks, and analyzes campaign performance across platforms using analytics tools.
  • Conducts competitive analysis and performance audits to uncover opportunities and inform future strategies.
